Meet Alexandria Jones

Alexandria received her nursing assistant certification from College of Lake County in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in the medical field. Prior to joining Hearing Professionals of Illinois in 2024, she gained expertise in patient care and customer service while working in both hospital settings and in federal facilities such as Advocate Condell Medical Center and Captain James A. Lovell FHCC. Alexandria has graciously assisted individuals of varying walks of life including but not limited to veterans, geriatrics, and those in need of rehabilitative care.
